How AI credits work

One credit, one set of replies
An automatic reply, or up to three suggested drafts for one review, costs one credit. Classifying a review is included.
Asking again
The first “write new drafts” on a review is free; after that each costs a credit, up to five per review. “Rewrite with AI” costs one.
Never costs a credit
Syncing, reading reviews, replying by hand, safety holds, abusive reviews we don’t answer, and the prompt preview.
When credits run out
Automatic replies pause and new reviews wait for a manual reply. Owners get an email at 80% and at 100%. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and don’t roll over.

Billing questions

Can I create an account before choosing a plan?

Yes. Create your account and workspace first; nothing is charged until an owner picks a plan in Billing.

Who pays for a workspace?

Each workspace has its own plan, paid by the owner who sets it up. Only owners see Billing. If the owner who pays leaves the workspace, or the workspace is deleted, the plan is canceled.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time. Upgrades and downgrades apply at once, with the difference prorated. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

What if I need more credits?

Move up a plan, or on Agency Plus buy extra credits at $40 per 500 (they last 12 months). Agency Plus can also top up automatically, up to a monthly limit you set.

Is there a free trial?

Not at the moment. Plans are month to month with no setup fees, so you can start on Solo and cancel in one click.
